Kroger Community Rewards
ConnectUS has registered as a recipient of the Kroger Community Rewards program. By registering your Kroger Plus card to donate to ConnectUS, you will ensuret that ConnectUS will receive a percentage of the money you spend every time you shop at Kroger.
It’s easy to sign up and once you do, you don’t need to do anything special at the store. Simply scan your card, and ConnectUS gets money!
Follow the directions below on how to register your card.
TO USE THE KROGER COMMUNITY REWARDS PROGRAM:

Register online at krogercommunityrewards.com

Click on “Sign In” if you already have an account or “Create an Account” and follow the prompts to set up your Kroger Community Rewards Account

Click on Edit Kroger Community Rewards information and input your Kroger Plus card number.

Update or confirm your information.

Enter NPO number (25968) or name of organization (ConnectUS), select organization from list and click on confirm.

If you use your phone number at the register, you can all 877-576-7587 to get your Kroger Plus card number.
